Usage and dosage: 15-30g
Contraindications: (1) Evil Gan Sui. Combining with alkaline drugs such as cuttlebone, dragon bone, oyster and corrugated seed reduces the efficacy. (2) Be careful with vitamin C and niacin, glutamic acid, gastric enzyme compounds and other strong acidic drugs, can make the above drugs decomposition, reduce the efficacy.
Precautions: (1) It is forbidden to be taken by those who are full of dampness or have solid evils or stagnation; (2) Yam contains a certain amount of saponin and mucus phytochemicals, which may cause itching, redness, swelling, and tingling of the skin when it comes into contact with the skin of human beings.
